I watch a lot of TV, and one of the things I noticed about chiropractors is that their patients always leave really happy. I can’t say that about all types of doctors, but you really can say it about chiropractors. Since I’ve never been to a chiropractor before, I didn’t really understand what all the hype was about, but I wanted to learn more. I asked my girlfriend if she knew how to find a chiropractor in Mesa. She told me that her brother has been going to a really good chiropractor for the last three months. He doesn’t have anything really wrong with him, but he goes occasionally for adjustments.

After purchasing my tasty delight, I proceeded to sit on one of the small bistro table’s right outside the bakery. There were several “Parisian’s” that were sitting nearby, all of whom were engaging in similar delights. As I went full bore into my weighty pastry, I noticed that the single item they had purchased was broken up into four smaller pieces.

Initially, I had believed that they were just trying to save a buck, but after seeing this “strange behavior” on many different occasions, and in many different restaurants, I realized it was part of a healthy lifestyle. The Europeans have it right when it comes to “portion sizing” their meals. It truly is not as important as what you are eating, then as to how much of it you are eating. So now I am trying to implement this same rational back in the good old U.S.A.
